Registration
Thank you for your interest in attending the Australasian Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence (AJCAI 2026). Below are the registration fees and rules for AJCAI 2026.
Each accepted paper must be covered by a separate registration. This can be either:
- a Full or Student – Author registration; or
- an Additional Paper add-on purchased with a Full or Student – Author registration.
To have your paper included in the conference proceedings, you must complete the required registration by 5 October 2026 (New Zealand Time).

All conference fees are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and inclusive of 15% GST.
Social Function Add-ons
Guests and Single Day Delegates can purchase tickets to the social functions separately.

Please note a non-refundable Card Convenience Fee of 1.9% is applied to credit card payments.
Conference Registration Entitlements
- Full access to 27 November Workshops and Tutorials, and the Encore track
- Full access to 28–30 November Main Conference, including:
- 28 Nov PhD Forum
- 28 Nov Responsible AI Symposium
- 29 Nov Industry Day
- 29 Nov AI Faculty Highlight
- 27–30 November Conference Catering
- All Social Functions, including the Welcome Reception (28 Nov) and Conference Dinner (29 Nov)
- Access to that day's sessions and conference catering
- No access to social functions included
- Social function tickets available to purchase as add-ons at additional cost
Important Notes
31 October 2026.
Authors must complete their registration by 5 October 2026 for their papers to be included in the final conference programme.
Must be processed online. Cash will not be accepted.
